Here is something fun and healthy to eat in the morning when you really don't want to fuss much! I had several of these when our kitchen was under construction. I halved a cantaloupe and scooped out the seeds. Then I scooped into the hole plain Greek yogurt, hemp plus granola and an almond butter drizzle.
It was pretty amazing!
