Check out these gorgeous organic pink lady apples I picked up today. I’m so glad apple season is here, this was perfectly sweet and tart, with the right crunch.

Come back this week for the Salted Almond Butter Sunflower Seed Butter recipe I whipped up. You will need almonds, sunflower seeds, olive oil, cinnamon and sea salt (optional).
I’d say this was a successful Sunday once again. Morning spin class check, Pizza check, movies check, almond butter check, super full check!
